Upon entering, you're greeted by an open concept living space that seamlessly merges the living, dining, and kitchen areas. The interior design effortlessly combines sophistication with comfortable furnishings. Natural light streams in through expansive windows, creating a bright and airy ambiance that blurs the line between indoor and outdoor living.

Beautiful modern kitchen, equipped with professional Viking range, stainless steel appliances, and functional storage. It allows for effortless meal preparation while still offering a space to gather and socialize. 

The primary bedroom is a haven of relaxation, a comfortable king-size bed and a walk-in shower with a sleek glass door, beautiful natural stone and rainfall showerhead and jets provide a refreshing experience after a day spent by the water's edge. 

The second bedroom is small with a sleeper sofa for the kids. The third bedroom/loft has 2 comfortable full-size beds perfect for family or extra guests. 

Step outside onto the private patio, where you'll find an outdoor lounge area, built in BBQ, Pizza Oven, and huge island perfect for outdoor dining. This extension of the interior living space allows for alfresco meals, ocean breeze and stargazing in the evenings while relaxing in the new Spa.

Beach equipment: we have Boogie boards and beach chairs.

Enjoy the Ventura Pier or Ventura Harbor Village where you can experience Channel Island boat excursions, whale watching cruises, deep sea fishing and kayak/boat rentals. Downtown Ventura offers shops, restaurants, and historical sights. Ventura also offers local hiking, bike trails, golfing, wine tasting, small breweries, plus day spas and much more.

Santa Barbara is only a 30-minute drive. Here you can enjoy many restaurants, bike rentals, the Zoo, the Santa Barbara Mission, concerts, wine tasting and art shows. Ojai is only 30-mintes away. Enjoy the Ojai bike trail or take a short drive to enjoy shopping, restaurants, golf, and wine tasting.
